What is Heliom?
Heliom is a web app that lets you upload a video once and publish it to several of your own social media accounts — such as TikTok and YouTube — from a single screen.
Do I need to create a Heliom account?
Yes — a free Heliom account, created with just your email and a password. Your social accounts are then connected on each platform’s own official sign-in page: Heliom never sees those passwords.
Which platforms are supported?
TikTok, YouTube (including Shorts), Facebook Pages and Instagram Reels — each through its official API, with its own settings.
What language is the app in?
English. This website and our legal documents are available in English and French.
Can I use Heliom on my computer and my phone?
Yes. Heliom runs in your browser on desktop and mobile, with nothing to install. Sign in with your Heliom account on each device, then connect your platforms once in each browser you use.

Publishing
Will Heliom ever post without me?
No. Heliom publishes only after you press Publish on the summary screen, and it always shows the destination account before you do.
Can I publish to several platforms at once?
Yes. Tick every platform you want: one press on Publish sends the same video to all of them, each with its own settings.
What file formats can I use?
MP4 and MOV. Each platform also applies its own rules on duration, size and aspect ratio.
Does Heliom add a watermark?
No. The video published is exactly the file you selected. Heliom adds no logo, overlay or promotional text.
What happens if one platform fails?
The other destinations continue. The failed one shows a message explaining why, and you can publish to it again on its own.
Privacy and accounts
Does Heliom keep my videos?
No. Your video is sent to the platforms you choose and is never stored on Heliom’s servers. We do not use it for advertising or AI training. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
What data does Heliom keep about me?
Very little: your email address, a one-way fingerprint of your password (never the password itself) and your plan. Your videos are never stored, and the authorizations you grant to Heliom are kept in a cookie in your own browser. See Security & data.
How do I disconnect an account?
You can revoke Heliom’s access at any time from each platform’s settings — for example in TikTok’s Settings and privacy, or in your Google Account under Security for YouTube. See Security & data for each platform. Clearing Heliom’s cookies in your browser also ends the connection.
