From one file to every account, step by step.
Here is exactly what happens when you use Heliom, from connecting an account to seeing your post live.
Connect your accounts
Sign in to each platform on its own official page. Heliom never sees your passwords.
Add your video
Choose an MP4 or MOV file and write your description once. The video plays in your browser so you can check it first.
Pick your destinations
Tick the platforms to publish to and answer the settings each one requires. Nothing is preselected for you.
Publish
Press Publish. Heliom sends the video to each platform and shows one result per platform, with a link to the post.
Connect your accounts
Next to each platform, press Connect. You are sent to that platform’s own sign-in and authorization page — TikTok’s page for TikTok, Google’s page for YouTube. Once you approve, you come back to Heliom and the account appears with its name and handle.
You can revoke Heliom’s access at any time from the platform’s own security settings, or by clearing Heliom’s cookies in your browser.
Connect where
you post.
Sign in on each platform’s official page.

Add your video and write the description
Choose an MP4 or MOV file from your device. Heliom shows it in a player with its name, size and duration, so you can watch it before publishing. Then write the description that will accompany the video.

Tick the platforms you want. Each one adds its own questions. For TikTok: who can view the video, whether comments, Duet and Stitch are allowed, and whether the video promotes your brand or a third-party brand. For YouTube: the title, the visibility and whether the video is made for kids. No answer is chosen for you, and Publish stays disabled until every required answer is given.

Publish
Press Publish. Heliom delivers the video to each selected platform through its official API, one after the other, and shows a result for each — with a link to the video when the platform provides one. If one platform refuses the video, the others are not affected.
